Delicious and super-HEALTHY Piña Colada Popsicles for kids – enjoying SUMMER

We are still in the middle of summer here – LOVE IT! This weekend we made some piña colada popsicles for the whole family (no alcohol). They came out delicious and very refreshing.


The recipe is so easy. You just need a food processor to mix it (we have a Thermomix), wooden sticks and the following ingredients.
- Half a peeled pineapple (I used 300 g)
- Coconut milk (150g – half the weight of the pineapple)
- juice of half a lime
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup or as a substitute 2 tablespoons of cane sugar, if you want to sweeten it a bit

If you do not have popsicle molds you can use small glasses. I filled our molds and some glasses with the liquid. You leave it in the refrigerator for an hour and then you can put the wooden stick in the half frozen liquid. Leave it for three more hours and you can serve the treat.
